Role description:
This is a part-time remote role for a Performance & SEA Marketer at The Growth Agency. The Marketer will be responsible for managing performance campaigns, conducting data analysis, implementing performance testing, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Performance management: at least 3 years of hands-on experience with GoogleAds, Meta, Linkedin, Bing
- Experience in working with AI tools
- Data analysis: Google Analytics, PowerBI, Looker Studio
- Experience in creating and implementing performance tests
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Experience with lead generation techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
